Bev helps individuals create their own healthy lifestyle. She developed this program while overcoming years of personal struggle with her eating disorders and ill health. Bev knows and understands the challenges facing individuals who are seeking a better way to shed excess pounds.
This Wellness Program includes creating a plan that works for you. You will gain an understanding of your own nutritional patterns, sleeping habits, stress levels, and other lifestyle considerations that may lead to roadblocks to your success. You will take a journey to health through knowledge and understanding.
Your initial wellness visit will last up to 90 minutes. Telephone and Zoom visits are available.
Initial Wellness Coaching Session Will Include:
Follow-up Sessions: (30 minutes)
Your next appointment is the complimentary 30-minute follow up visit, normally scheduled 1-2 weeks after your initial intake appointment. During this session, you will review your progress, providing you with the opportunity to ask questions and modify any part of your wellness plan. Next steps in your plan will be implemented.
Additional follow up visits will then be scheduled to best ensure that your health needs are being met, to assess health progress and support your efforts.
